While you can certainly do yoga at home with any number of helpful apps or youtube videos, there’s something to be said for attending a class with an in-person professional.
There are several different options in West Kelowna for those looking to get a regular yoga experience and most offer different options and packages to help accommodate lifestyle and budget:

They’re currently offering virtual classes in preparation for reopening their studio, though with reduced capacity. They have a seriously wide range of classes available and a handy app that makes it easy to book into a class or learn more about the studio and offerings.
2) Shift Power Yoga

Shift Power Yoga has been in West Kelowna for the past several years and offers classes for all experience levels. Their Baptiste style of yoga is an empowering class for those looking to gain some confidence while sculpting your body.
3) Johnson Bentley Memorial Aquatic Centre

Johnson Bentley located in the heart of Westbank is home to many of the local area’s recreation programs. This includes different levels of yoga classes for various age groups. Be sure to check the seasonal recreation guide for locations and availability as they change from season to season.

Perfect Balance has everything from Yin & Yang classes to Fit and Flows, Detox classes, and more. Even more appealing, as they’re a fairly new studio, you can sign up to receive a free week of classes to try it out before committing to a pass.
