Damien Burggraeve, General Manager
Damien has been the General Manager of Tallus Ridge since 2016, moving the development forward with his entrepreneurial spirit, strong communication skills, and land development expertise. While Damien is a Registered Professional Planner with the Canadian Institute of Planners, his diverse background includes home building, forestry, environmental engineering consulting, and municipal land-use planning specializing in subdivisions. His natural leadership and problem-solving abilities are a strong asset to the community and are essential in his role of facilitating a successful development project.
A father of three young boys, Damien’s time off is action packed. He strives for a well-balanced lifestyle, exercising, skiing, hiking, and exploring this beautiful province with his family.
Mike Franczak, Construction Manager
Mike is a third generation Kelowna resident with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has built and renovated several homes throughout the Okanagan valley, including single and multi-family projects right here at Tallus Ridge.Mike is passionate about customer care and his attention to detail is evident in every project he manages. The pride he takes in his work will help create your dream home and ensure a successful build from start to finish.
In his downtime, Mike enjoys camping, skiing, and hiking with his wife and 2 children.
April Maier, Design Consultant
A long time Kelowna resident, April holds over 16 years of experience, supplying full interior and exterior design services. She has worked with several established home builders, often acting as a liaison between contractors and their clients, in order to help expedite the stressful decision-making process of home building.
April has brought her design experience to the neighbourhoods of Tallus Ridge, providing evaluation of architectural and landscape design, ensuring each project meets the design guidelines and high standard of aesthetics within the Tallus Ridge Development.
In her free time, April enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and taking in some of the many local Okanagan activities.
